The best present I got this year is “Revenge,” by Ellen von Unwerth. It’s a book of black and white erotic photography, about orphaned girls who come to live with the Baroness, whose intentions are to enslave them. The girls, at first at the mercy of the maid and the chauffeur, break away and take revenge on their captors. It’s an exquisite book, employing classic erotic elements in the narrative: young women coming of age, servants, bondage and dominance. It’s incredibly erotic, but not explicit. It’s the height of fashion erotica, reminiscent of Andrew Blake’s soft porn videos in the 80s. The list of clothiers include Gucci, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Victoria’s Secret, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Vivienne Westwood, among many more snooty names. “Revenge” satisfies the fashion slave in me, almost as much as it does the sex slave. It’s Vogue-gone-wild!!!

happy new year may!what did you think of that “diary of catherine m.”? no great pictures but it’s definitely worth checking out.
(i still can’t believe matt gonzalez lost, ugh. that gavin is such a jerk)
Hi, Justin. I didn’t really get a chance to read “diary of catherine m.” A friend handed it to me as I got on a plane to NYC, but I opted instead to read “The Memoirs of Casanova.” It was condensed, so there are no langurous descriptions of his erotic exploits.
His adventures are interesting, though, so that kept me reading.
