
This dish is a special Shrimp Stir Fry for Love-You long time.
If you have a rice cooker or steamer, set it to make rice. While it’s cooking, you can get started with the entree.
Shrimp Stir Fry
Ingredients -
6 ounces of snow peas
6 green onions
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound peeled, deveined medium shrimp
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Snap off the pointy ends of the snow peas and pull the tough string off while washing. Set the snow peas aside. Work on the long green onions; slicing into 1 inch pieces. Set it aside with the snow peas so they can get to know each other before things get heated up.
Grasp the firm bottom of the red bell pepper and slice it in half crosswise. The crown of seeds must be pushed out by thumbs against the stem handle. After the red bell pepper is seeded, cut into 1/2 inch strips. Pour into the other vegetables and let their juices mingle.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Once the heat is on, the cooking must be fast and efficient. Add the orgy of vegetables and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Push the juicy vegetables to the rim of the skillet and drop the curved shrimp into the center of the succulent hole. Spread them out to cook evenly.
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a small bowl. Add to the dish while you continue to stir fry. When shrimp is pink and cooked, serve on a bed of hot white rice.
