Sex During Pregnancy

It’s really important to me that Jay and I continue to keep our sex life thriving throughout my pregnancy. I’m a first time mom, and who knows what our sex life will be like once we have a living, breathing, growing child in our lives. I wanted to make the most of our private time as a couple.

So we do what we enjoy best: making love, and documenting it!

Our latest video offering, Sex During Pregnancy, shows the various ways we’ve come up with to keep our sex life exciting and get my body in shape.

1. At some point pretty soon in my pregnancy, I couldn’t see beyond my belly to groom my bush. Jay helped me out with that. He gave me a close shave and really took his time with it.

2. Kegel exercise is important to do throughout the nine months of pregnancy. This will strengthen muscles to prevent tearing during childbirth. I do it all the time, no matter where I am. When I’ve got Jay’s cock inside me, I make a conscious effort to squeeze hard!

3. Perenium massage is also another thing the experts suggest to prepare the perenium muscle (that thin wall between the cunt and the anus) for childbirth. Jay incorporates this massage into cunnilingus… ah, it’s heaven! We’re working our way to getting his whole fist in there.

5. Comfortable sex positions are another subject Jay and I explore in our video. I find that on my hands and knees are most comfortable for me.

6. Anal sex has been a lifesaver. I’ve heard and read about how constipation and hemorrhoids are common problems for pregnant women. Not for me!!! Anal sex has kept my elimination pretty regular, and I have no signs of having any problems whatsoever with my anus.

Now here comes the disclaimer: every body is different. What may work for me may not work for you. Always act according to your own level of comfort. Consult your doctor or midwife if you feel any pain while having sex. Don’t try anything new while you’re pregnant. Everything I wrote about above has been part of our sexual repertoire prior to pregnancy and is to be considered my own personal sex experience, not to be construed as medical advice. All that being said, ENJOY!
