A lot of people email me telling me how much they enjoyed my videos on X On Demand, and although I’m really happy to hear such praise, I am much more annoyed now that XOD has not paid me for any of the sales to my videos since the beginning of June.
It’s not a huge sum of money. It’s quite measly if you ask me, which is why I don’t exert as much effort bugging them on the phone as my time and effort is worth.
But.
It’s just not right.
It’s not right to sign a contract with an artist, take my content, run it on their site, make money off it and not pay me the 20% agreed upon commission from sales.
It’s not right to affiliate with a webmaster, take traffic I send them, make money off it and not pay me the 25% agreed upon commission from sales.
I called them middle of October asking about the lapse in check payments, and they said there was an accounting problem that they will rectify shortly.
I called them again middle of November, asking about the status on this issue. They said they will look into my particular file and call me back with information.
I have not heard from them.
This afternoon I will call them again.

Update: Just got off the phone from XOD and the webmaster support guy I talked to said he believes I will be getting my checks within the coming week. I’ll let you know how that goes.
My XOD checks are still MIA. No one is answering the phone over there at XOD. So I’ve taken down my video on demand links to XOD, and am taking down MaysVideos.com. Thank you for those who emailed their support of what I’m going through, and for your phone calls to XOD. This is not the first time an adult-content company has fucked me over. I’m not even surprised. I’m just sick of it. I’m so stupid to keep signing up for these third-party providers when I’m perfectly capable of doing it myself.
