Do you have what it takes?
I just got my package from Cafe Press… and after seeing the items in real life, I realize this is not for everyone.
So I’ve brought the prices way down, because I realize it’s not about turning a ridiculous profit on these items Cafe Press makes. (Which by the way they make really well and really fast. I ordered Sunday night, and got it Thursday. 4 days to print, pack and ship 6 unique items is impressive!!! The printing is so nice, and looks like a silkscreen print shirt from the 70’s. I have yet to put the items in the laundry, so I’ll let you know how that goes when the time comes.)
I realize it’s about getting these items out of the closet and worn in broad daylight. Something that may take guts for the wearer, a certain amount of hutzpah. I should be paying you to wear my shirt, only I’m not sure your confidence is commodifiable. So I’ll pay you in something equally difficult to commodify: my virtual affection.
Wear my shirt, take a photo, and send me your hotness!!!
How about if I get the refrigerator magnet, stick it to my fridge, and send you a picture of that? It’s a beauty (not that I’m so bad)… 32 cubit foot, side by side Samsung with dual compressors.
