Plugging In at the NYC Apartment

Jay took this yesterday. That’s me plugging in when we arrived at our apartment.
We’ve been so busy. The wee one loves the subway. My feet hurt.
After living in the middle of the woods for the past year, I can’t sleep through the noise. I remember living in NYC and having a hard time sleeping in total silence whenever I was anywhere else.

I wish you and the family best of luck with the relocation to NYC. I’m sure you’ll definitely find it worth the trouble in no time!
It gets easier. I live a block away from train tracks and sometimes they just blare their horns…I dont even hear them anymore, or when I do, it pretend they’re saying good night and I zonk out. It probably has nothing to do with exhaustion from training
You’ll get used to it. Hope you settle in quickly there.
