Aaaahhhhhhhhhh…. silk sheets…
A gold-colored set of silk bedsheets just came in the mail from China.
We had two sets bought five years ago that, even with our very energetic… uhmmmm… bedtime activities and sloppy laundering, lasted us till this year. Both fitted sheets finally ripped, but the pillowcases and flat sheets are still good. It was time to get new sheets.
Jay got me a set of chocolate-colored silk sheets for my birthday. The gold set was a little late, coming all the way from China and all, but I’m no less happy about it.
Silk is considered the “Queen of All Fabrics.” Hypo-allergenic and all-climate, silk is strong, beautiful and cruel. Bless the silkworms!!!

Perfect. The second picture is so inviting.
I can’t think of a reason compelling enough that would make me want to leave that bed. Chocolate colored silk sheets, Jay is one smooth SOB. Hope your daughter is doing better and learned her lesson about gravity.
We do spend a lot of time in bed, why not do it in style? ;D
