Max Hardcore on CNBC
Couple things made my eyebrows reach for the sky:
1. Did they just describe the girls “often dressed to look like teenagers?” (0:30) Ummm, in what country do teenagers wear that crap? It’s not anywhere I’ve been, that’s for sure. I’ve seen teens dress like goths, punks, hippies, skaters, harajuku, the latest pop star… but no, not once have I seen a teen wearing bright colored whorey outfits (and I don’t mean that in a derogatory way). Those outfits play with the “sexy schoolgirl” theme, ponytails and bright colors, sometimes going into presch00l age-play , sometimes cheerleader (ah, there’s the teenager look). They are “fuck me” outfits, no doubt about it, but fashionable enough for teens, they are not.
2. At 3:30 the video introduced “Pat Truman, former director of chiId p0rnography and obscenity at the Department of Justice.” What??? Did she mean he used to direct chiId p0rnography videos? hahaha Now that I’ve typed it out, I am guessing she means he works for the DOJ busting chiId p0rn and obscenity, but it sure perked up my ears and made me go, “WTF???”
Overall, I think it’s horrible that Max Hardcore is in jail just because the US government ordered his videos and decided they didn’t like it. However, it’s pretty clear Max set out to push boundaries and that’s bound to get him in trouble with the law. Incarceration will strengthen his presence in America. More power to you, Max Hardcore!
