Ixcacao, the Goddess of Chocolate, Goddess of fertility, love and pleasure, visited our home!
Jay was really productive in his studio, first making a goddess out of clay.

(She’s anatomically complete, of course! All goddesses are.)

Then after she was glazed and fired to a glassy hard perfection, Jay made a silicone mold off her.

He made different kinds of molds, using different kinds of silicone. Some of them weren’t food grade, so he filled them with plastic and made colorful plastic goddesses. They keep growing in number as we speak. I think I now have about 5 clears and 2 opaques. Jay is so prolific!

The food grade silicone mold is perfect for making chocolate goddesses. This is how it looked full of thick hot milk chocolate.

After the chocolate hardens in the refrigerator, she’s ready to come out so we can enjoy her.

I wish you a luxurious Sunday and a prolific work week ahead!

I love them! Where can I get one of my own.
Thanks for sharing!
Nothing more fun than eatinga goddess!
Hi, Sophia! I bought some lollipop sticks and cellophane bags so I can make Chocolate Goddess Lollipops! Thinking of making them available on etsy but I have to figure out how to ship this right. I’ll send you one if you want, soon as I get my sticks and bags. Let me know where to send it.
love to taste it!
