Thank you for your encouragement, Vasha. It is a dream of mine to write a book. When I do finish one, you'll know you have been one of the people who inspired me to do it.

Burt, the only person who can judge me as a parent is my child. And she will not remain a child for long. Someday she will grow into a woman, and my example as a sex-positive mom will hopefully help her navigate the sometimes-difficult stages of sexual development. Sex-positive parenting evolves along with the children's age and maturity. At 5 years old, my kid knows where babies come from, but not the mechanics of how they are made.

My site is not meant for minors, and that includes my kid. To her, I am just Mom. Not a pornographer or a sex blogger. I know someday as she grows older, she will become aware of what I do and how it impacts society, but we'll cross the bridge when we get there. I am ready to face any confusion with possibly similar answers to questions posed to me by my family when they found out about my porn. Hopefully by then my daughter will have grown in maturity to understand the complexities of it all.

This may be too much to ask, but I would be very curious to hear how you're looking to reconcile your profession with your role as parent. I'm not trying to open the door for condemnation. Quite the opposite, your work as an artist has a bravery and independence that should be admired. Nevertheless, we live in a society that doesn't put value on making our sexual selves public. So I would love to hear your thoughts on the issue. Keep up the great work!
