Usually shingles does not show up for years but it is very uncomfortable.
Actually I don’t believe in vaccines. I don’t think they’re safe. I’d sooner take a chance on the shingles than I’d take a chance on shooting up poisonous chemicals and scabs into my bloodstream. I equate vaccines with insurance. It’s as if I’m betting against myself. Why fix something that isn’t broken? I’ll burn that bridge when I get there.

Why, yes! I’ve become very well acquainted with zinc oxide, the main ingredient for calamine lotion. I have a source for pure zinc oxide powder and have been using it since. Good stuff!
