Hello, September! The first day of the last trimester of the year. I’m really excited. Fall is my favorite time of the year. So much to celebrate.
In October I’ll be updating my annual Birthday Nude collection. Every year I wonder if I’m getting too old for this, but every year I surprise myself. This old lady still looks pretty hot for her age.
August is World Breastfeeding Month. I didn’t want the month to end without sharing my breastfeeding story with you.
As soon as my baby was born, I marveled at how intuitively she latched on to my nipple. I didn’t immediately produce milk and suckling hurt the first few days but I kept at it, knowing my baby and I just needed to get into it. On the fourth day, Jay and I took our baby in to Children’s Hospital because she looked orange. She had jaundice.

Chicken pox, my dear kiki lovers. I am stricken with chicken pox, this childhood affliction that I somehow dodged when I was younger is finally here. I feel as sexy as an african wart frog.

Jay and I spent Saturday night at a friend’s place. I love it there! The Victorian has all these toys, and children’s arts and crafts. The yard has a lot of tall trees and big leafy shrubs. My favorite part is the treehouse. It made me feel like Alice in Wonderland growing large inside the white rabbit’s house.

My friends from Retouch NYC sent me beautifully Photoshopped images from a nude shoot Jay and I did for them. I have 8 of these nudes against a white backdrop uploaded on MAYCAM. What do you think?
Retouch NYC is collaborating with me on my project, Enchantasia. I am itching to share more images with you, but I have to hold off longer until all is ready. All I can say right now is that it is such delicious eye candy and that I’m very excited about it.
I can’t believe how lucky I am to be working with people who are truly passionate about their work and are consummate artists. They usually work on magazine covers, print ads and billboards in New York City. They’ve retouched celebrities and supermodels. Now they’re offering their services to regular people like us. Check them out at RetouchNYC.com.
Jay and I had Friday night to ourselves. We had an amazing Peruvian dinner and drinks while looking out to the ocean. We were looking for a little trouble to get into.
Totally unexpected, Jay got an email from John, with whom he had exchanged emails with over a year ago.
“Never quite forgot about you guys. You still around?”
