Jay showed me a text message from Josh at about 9:30 last night.

I’m free. Can I come over?

I gave Jay a devious smile. He typed into his phone.

Midnight.

I stepped down the stairs in black leather stilettoes, fishnet stockings held up by a lacy garter belt, a black and white dress, and my hair in two low ponytails. In the downstairs bedroom, Josh and Jay were waiting.

I had a very busy weekend. Saturday I drove to Sacramento for a reunion with high school friends. I went to school in the Philippines but there are a few of us who are in the SF Bay Area/Sacramento. Sunday I took the Sacramento to Reno Amtrak to go see another good friend in concert. I’m really exhausted, and still dizzy from all that travel, but I had an amazing time!

I did update MAYCAM before the weekend, but I didn’t get a chance to blog about it. I added two videos, Golden Gate Hike and Cyber Cock, my first two videos shot with the MAYCAM Flip MinoHD. They are bigger than my previous videos (800 pixels wide!) and of course, it was shot in HD. It was a bitch to edit, because I have an old Mac PowerPC. Bummer! I now need to buy a new Mac with iLife 09 just to make editing faster and easier. Who’s my sugar daddy?

Springtime is for airing things out, cleaning, pruning… I’ve been busy. I’ve put off so much work that I am now getting to. I’m dealing with a certain webmaster who is infringing on my copyrighted materials (thank you to my fabulous lawyer friends for helping me out!). I finally did a major backup of all my files into a more compact but just as powerful hard drive so wherever I may travel this summer, I will have my files along with me. I finally *gulp* reformatted my PC and it is now working fast and furiously. Though my heart will always belong to my Mac laptop for all the places we’ve been and all the amazing things we’ve done together, my PC is a hardworking son of a bitch and I’m proud of it.

I’ve finally gotten MAYCAM to a place I’m happy with. Just a tiny little bit of tweaking, and I’ll be able to slurp my content up into it easily. I just updated it again, with new photo sets, including the photo above (in larger files, of course). I do wish IrfanView was available on a Mac, because la fuck-a-racha it rocks!

I have many art and literary projects brewing. Forgive me for being brief. I do have so much content already up for you to enjoy, whether it’s my free blog here at MayLingSu.com or the invite-only MAYCAM. Thank you so much for watching, reading and listening. I met Jay in a dive on Staten Island. It was open mic night and he was singing his songs while playing guitar. My friend Tomo brought me out there because she was meeting this guy named John Cid who was also playing that night.
